Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account & Finance Executive role based in Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring SST compliance, analysing financial data, and maintaining efficient financial operations. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to support financial planning and ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations. You will also be responsible for preparing daily cash flow reports and monthly management reports, and for ensuring that all company accounts reconcile accurately in the books.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Proficiency in SQL system.
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess financial data and provide actionable insights
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Experience in managing Slaes and Services Tax (SST) compliance and reporting
• Expertise in Financial Reporting, including documenting and interpreting results
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial documentation
• Familiarity with financial software and tools
• Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are a plus
