Account Growth Analyst (Long Tail)

About the Role
We are searching for an entrepreneurial and driven candidate for the role – Account Growth Analyst to drive the performance and growth of our sellers. You will ensure our sellers are equipped with the available seller tools, promotions, and strategies to maximize their business on the platform, while building strong relationships with them. Join us and be part of the team responsible for supporting seller success, and executing the growth strategy of Long Tail Sellers on Lazada.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, maintaining a contact cadence. Develop tailored monthly growth plans, accurately document all interactions and actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Review seller storefronts and continuously elevate product listing quality. Enhance titles, images, and copywriting, utilize platform content editors, complete key attributes, and pitch core promotional tools to maximize sales.
- Ensure sellers maintain a robust and healthy purchasable assortment. Oversee accurate pricing strategies, ensure platform compliance, and maintain strong in-stock rates to prevent lost sales.
- Activate and optimize advertising initiatives, including sponsored solutions and affiliates. Structure campaigns, manage budgets, adjust bids and keywords, and closely track performance metrics.
- Identify and deal hunt eligible sellers into commercial campaigns, loyalty programs, and discount events. Coordinate all necessary assets, timelines, and promotional mechanics to ensure maximum impact and visibility.
- Other adhoc responsibilities and tasks disseminated by internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related fields relating to account management, or customer service, ideally in e-commerce industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in eCommerce are highly encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing and persuading key decision-makers, and interacting with stakeholders.
- Comfortably and effectively present over the phone, virtually through video calls or face-to-face in person.
- A good team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, problem-solver with a can-do attitude, and thrives in fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table & Lookup) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Data sensitivity and strong analytical skills will be ideal.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce or related fields.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising strategies.
