Account Intern

This is a 6-month (Oct&apos25 - Mar&apos26) internship position, open to interns only. The role is based in Bangsar South, conveniently accessible by public transport. Only one vacancy is available.

Salary is RM1000-RM1200.

Responsibilities

Download transaction report, perform daily Bank Reconciliation for receipts from various Payment Channels and payment to merchants

Maintaining Merchants Balance in the Gateway Portal with Book Records

Liaise with Operation Team and Technical Support Team on issues encountered during Bank Reconciliations

Assist in merchant settlement

Preparing Invoices for new/ existing merchants

Assist in Annual Audit and other reporting requirements

Undertake any other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by superior

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Able to work under minimal supervision, having sense of urgency and accountability

Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
