Account Intern

Role Description The Account Intern is a full-time on-site position based in Pasir Gudang. The intern supports the account management and finance teams with day-to-day tasks, including preparing and updating account records, assisting with billing and invoicing. The Account Intern will assist in generating simple reports, organizing documentation, and contributing to process improvements within the accounts function.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of finance concepts and an interest in learning more about financial and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfort working with digital documentation and accounting systems.
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Pasir Gudang.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
