Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day account management for merchants/key accounts.
- Support the execution of campaigns, promotions, and merchant activations.
- Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights on merchant growth.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking of industry trends and competitors.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating databases, preparing presentations, and scheduling meetings.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Strong interest in the fintech/e-commerce/BNPL industry.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
