Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day account management for merchants/key accounts.
  • Support the execution of campaigns, promotions, and merchant activations.
  • Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights on merchant growth.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking of industry trends and competitors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as updating databases, preparing presentations, and scheduling meetings.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong interest in the fintech/e-commerce/BNPL industry.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
