Merchant Relationship & Performance Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of strategic merchant partners, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Develop a deep understanding of each merchant's business goals, challenges, and success metrics to offer tailored solutions and services
  • Act as the primary point of contact to support merchant growth, satisfaction, and performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to co-develop comprehensive partnership plans aligned with lifecycle and commercial goals
  • Support new merchant onboarding and act as a strategic growth partner post-acquisition – including discuss strategic opportunities, and address business challenges

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with various team on online/offline campaigns aligned with lifecycle goals
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure merchants are included in relevant platform campaigns, loyalty programs, and seasonal pushes
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution with merchants, including briefing, asset collection, and timeline management
  • Ensure seamless campaign integration by aligning campaign timing, messaging, and target segments
  • Monitor campaign results, share performance insights with internal teams and merchants, and recommend data-driven improvements
