Key Responsibilities & Accountability:

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary consultant for clients, ensuring every creative output aligns with their Sales + Brand objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Accountable for identifying unmet needs and upselling Luminous Growth Packages to drive recurring revenue.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Own the lifecycle of a project from brief to final reporting, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are strictly maintained.
  • Brand Stewardship: Defend the brand's long-term integrity while meeting the client's immediate sales KPIs.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Digital Marketing Fluency: Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including performance marketing (ROAS/CAC), SEO/SEM, and social media trends.
  • Agile Project Management: Mastery of project management workflows to ensure the lean Luminous team operates at peak efficiency.
  • The Luminous Mindset: A growth mindset with a willingness to adapt to new technologies (especially AI) and a devil's advocate approach to problem-solving.

  • Communication Excellence: Ability to translate complex creative concepts into clear business ROI for skeptical, intelligent clients.
