Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • To expand existing relationships and to acquire new SME businesses (both lending and deposits) with the objective of growing the Bank's SME franchise.
  • To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
  • To continuously cross-sell the Bank's products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank's financial objectives.
  • To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
  • To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
  • To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank's business.
  • To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to,
  • Trade
  • Forex
  • Cash Management Solutions.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience with basic banking know-how / sales or customer service experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager)
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Resourceful and result-oriented
  • Basic understanding of financial accounts
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Selling and negotiation skills
