Position Overview:

We&aposre looking for a results-driven Account Manager with a strong technical foundation in food ingredients to join our high-performing team in Southern Malaysia. If youre passionate about nutrition, innovation, and building customer success storiesthis might be your next move.

About the Role

As an Account Manager for our Human Nutrition division, you&aposll play a key role in driving business growth across the food, beverage, and nutrition markets. With a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial savvy, you will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that target both new and existing clients
  • Build long-term partnerships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Support product development with your knowledge of food ingredients and their applications
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Promote our innovative ingredient portfolio and stay ahead of new product launches
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs

About You

Youre a motivated, self-starter with a passion for food science and a strong sense of commercial drive. You thrive on helping clients bring their product visions to life.

What you bring to the table:

  • Over 5 years of B2B sales experience in the food, beverage, or nutrition industry
  • A technical background in human nutrition, food ingredients, or product formulation
  • A proven ability to manage pipelines, close deals, and deliver customer success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skillsyou can turn technical knowledge into business value
  • A degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry, or a related field (advanced degrees a plus!)
  • You&aposre strategic, analytical, and equally comfortable working independently or with cross-functional teams
