Driving Digital & CRM initiatives, overseeing the execution of campaigns across CRM, data-driven, website, and tech-led solutions.
Developing, implementing, and managing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.
Analysing data from retention marketing and digital campaigns, reporting performance insights, and recommending improvements.
Planning, managing, and negotiating multiple digital campaigns with third parties where necessary, including platform and technology partners.
Developing overall business operations and awareness campaigns, overseeing performance analysis, and updating strategies across digital touchpoints.
Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows, and developing new flows leveraging data insights on timing, targeting, and content.
Building and managing campaigns with messaging to customers or clients customised according to lifecycle stage, engagement level, and channel behaviours.
Developing creative briefs and assigning to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets across CRM and digital platforms.
Assisting and advising on personalised targeting, website experience, and content when required
Leading and analysing A/B testing to optimise engagement across CRM and digital channels.
Monitoring competitor campaigns and digital innovations to inform and shape future strategy and tactics.
Expand client base and maintain strong client relationships according to agreed strategy, particularly across CRM, data, web, and tech projects.
Lead project development, implementation, and evaluation across all functions including data and technical delivery.
Innovate brand communication and advertising strategies, including web-based and offline revenue streams.
Assess and enhance existing programs, collaborating with brand owners and partners for opportunities
Drive market proposition and go-to-market strategies for new products, overseeing launch collateral and digital communication programs.
Ensuring timely billing on a monthly basis by closing and billing projects promptly, securing signed Production Estimates, and facilitating the finance team's issuance of invoices to clients
Qualifications
A diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications
Strong project management skills and keen understanding of creative development process and budget control
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in managing campaigns in an integrated agency environment handling B2B marketing /branding
Proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches
Strong understanding of how mobile is affecting the retail space and overall consumer journey
Experience in consumer electronics/FMCG/ IT retail projects is preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English
Dedication to clients and team colleagues
Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production
Experience working in an integrated agency environment
