Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, growth-oriented Account Manager, E-Commerce Sales to drive our Rest of Asia (ROA) digital business. This is not just an operations role; it is a sales-driven position focused on aggressive user acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage the end-to-end journey for SME customers across our proprietary E-shop and third-party sales platforms, acting as the strategic link between regional sales offices, the Malaysia factory, and the digital marketplace.

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

  • Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on inbound inquiries from the E-shop and third-party platforms to convert leads into active buying accounts.
  • Account Growth: Manage a portfolio of SME accounts, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Quotation Management: Prepare technical quotations and provide professional sales support to move prospects through the sales funnel.

2. User Acquisition & Onboarding

  • User Growth: Execute strategies to increase the number of registered users on the ROA E-shop through targeted outreach and platform optimization.
  • Digital Onboarding: Guide traditional B2B customers through the digital migration process, ensuring a seamless registration and first-purchase experience.
  • Retention: Implement re-engagement tactics for inactive accounts to ensure consistent repeat-purchase behavior.

3. Multi-Channel & Platform Operations

  • Marketplace Management: Oversee daily operations on third-party e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are optimized and orders are processed accurately.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with the Malaysia factory and logistics providers to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment to markets including Australia, India, and SE Asia.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain real-time synchronization between E-shop orders, third-party platforms, and the internal ERP/CRM system.

4. Regional Coordination & Reporting

  • Serve as the operational hub for ROA regional offices, providing data-driven insights on sales performance and user trends.
  • Prepare weekly reports tracking Sales Quotas, Conversion Rates, and User Growth metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in B2B Sales Support, Inside Sales, or E-commerce Account Management. Experience in industrial/technical sectors (e.g., fasteners, hardware) is a major plus.
  • Growth Mindset: Proven ability to meet sales targets and a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities.
  • Communication: Native/Professional fluency in English. Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred to facilitate coordination with stakeholders and supply chain teams in China factory.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with CRM/ERP systems. Ability to quickly learn fastener specifications and technical standards.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing high-volume transactions across multiple platforms with extreme attention to detail.
