Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing renewals, while expanding existing relationships within a portfolio of enterprise clients. To meet and exceed the individual sales quota, the right candidate will possess high energy, a fierce hunger to win, and a disciplined approach to B2B enterprise sales.   • Strategic Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building deep relationships with multiple levels within an account up to C-Level (CISO, CIO, CTO) to align security solutions with their business goals.
  • Quota Achievement: Own full accountability for revenue and GP targets through aggressive hunting and sales closing.
  • Pipeline Development: Build a healthy sales pipeline by actively prospecting and hunting for new opportunities.
  • Commercial Leadership: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from groundwork to final sales closing, including but not limited to deal registration, pricing strategy, commercials strategy and agreements negotiation.
  • Sales Hygiene: Maintain up-to-date Salesforce records; provide high-quality weekly reports on sales activity, and accurate forecasting on backlog and pipeline.
  • Focus Portfolio: Selling Managed Security Services, Consulting Services and Integrated Security Solutions (hardware, software, and in-house services)

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven success selling cybersecurity products/services to enterprise customers in Malaysia. Knowledge of sales methodology will be an advantage.
  • Attitude: Hungry for sales with a documented history of hitting/exceeding targets; must be responsible, proactive and coachable.
  • Process Discipline: Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain meticulous sales records and good time management in a high-pressure environment.
  • Tools: Proficient in Salesforce, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve complex problems by coordinating internal resources.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
