We are looking for an experienced
Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with enterprise-level clients. This role focuses on account retention, expansion, and acting as the trusted point of contact between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, structured, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients as the main point of contact
- Own account retention, renewals, and revenue growth (upsell / cross-sell)
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear solutions with internal teams
- Manage commercial discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Ensure smooth delivery by coordinating with delivery, product, and finance teams
- Handle client issues and escalations professionally and proactively
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or similar role
- Proven experience managing enterprise or large corporate clients
- Experience in B2B environments (technology, consulting, software, services preferred)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially savvy with experience in negotiations and contract management
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a structured manner
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills
