Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accounts Manager to manage the full spectrum of our company's accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts; AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports

• Handle corporate tax, withholding tax, and SSM compliance

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary

• Manage cash flow, payment processing, and banking relationships

• Maintain and operate the accounting system

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time

• Submit EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, with exposure to HR or payroll functions

• Solid knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements; LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDC

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently

• Strong communication skills
