Looking to build a career in a people-centric, client-facing role within the insurance industry We're looking for an Account Manager who enjoys managing relationships, solving client needs, and delivering great service.

What You'll Do

• Be the trusted point of contact for corporate clients on employee benefits matters
• Manage renewals, policy placement, and day-to-day servicing smoothly and efficiently
• Handle client enquiries and support claims coordination with insurers
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Prepare renewal reports, RFPs, and client presentations
• Clearly explain policy features, coverage, and changes to clients
• Work closely with insurers to negotiate renewal terms and resolve issues
• Identify cross-selling opportunities while ensuring full compliance

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or higher with prior insurance industry experience
• BCCITB certification is a plus
• Exposure to employee benefits (medical, flex, or related lines) is an advantage
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented, service-driven, and proactive
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
