Job Summary
Responsible for driving sales growth by promoting the Company's range of IT products, solutions, and services. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering solutions that align with customers business needs while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts.
Promote the Company's full range of IT solutions, products and services to corporate clients.
Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with the pre-sales and technical teams.
Prepare proposals, quotations and RFP submissions within required timelines.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand business opportunities within customer organizations.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and activity updates in the CRM/SAP system.
Ensure timely follow-up on sales opportunities, customer inquiries and project implementations.
Work closely with internal teams and business partners to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor account receivables and ensure adherence to company credit terms.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, IT or related field.
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions, software, ERP or technology related industries.
Strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Ability to understand customer business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Self-driven with a strong passion for sales and achieving targets.
