The Role

As an Account Manager at KEZY, you'll work directly under the VP of Sales & Business Development and take daily direction from the Sales Director to actively hunt for new business opportunities in Malaysia.

This is a field-focused, execution driven role for someone with a true hunter mentality and you'll be out there every day generating leads, initiating conversations, and building a clear, actionable sales pipeline across key sectors like

Financial Services, Public Sector, and Manufacturing.

You don't need a long resume, but you do need drive, curiosity about technology, and the discipline to follow through. Whether you're fresh out of school or have some early exposure to sales, data systems, or cybersecurity, this is your chance to prove yourself in a high impact environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and qualify new leads through calls, emails, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain a clear, detailed pipeline of opportunities with accurate next steps and realistic close timelines.
  • Focus on industries where data infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI solutions are criticalespecially Financial Services, Public Sector, and Manufacturing.
  • Learn and clearly communicate KEZY's value across our core areas: secure data solutions, cybersecurity, and AI-powered intelligence.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Sales Director to refine pitches, prepare for meetings, and accelerate deal progression.
  • Provide timely updates, act quickly on feedback, and consistently meet activity and pipeline targets.

What We're Looking For
  • Based in Malaysia and legally eligible to work locally.
  • A natural hunter, self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects daily.
  • Genuine interest in technology, especially in areas like databases, data warehousing, cybersecurity, data security, or AI.
  • Any exposure to sales, business development, IT, or technical support is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with or strong curiosity about Financial Services, Public Sector, or Manufacturing industries.
  • Clear and confident communication skills in English.
  • Coachable, organized, and ready to take ownership of your results from day one.
