Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Georgetown. As an Account Manager, you will oversee client accounts, develop and maintain key relationships, and act as an interface between the company and its partners. Responsibilities include managing sales campaigns, monitoring account performance, delivering presentations to stakeholders, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives. Additionally, you will ensure seamless communication and provide timely reports including insights and recommendations to optimize client success.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and client management skills
  • Proficiency in sales planning, account growth strategies, and data analysis
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and report writing
  • Familiarity with the travel, tourism, and service industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
