Discovering the role

This role is responsible for managing and growing recurring service and maintenance contract revenue through timely renewals, customer engagement, and account retention strategies. This role serves as the primary commercial contact for existing customers, ensuring high renewal rates, strong customer satisfaction, and identification of upselling opportunities across service offerings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end renewal activities for service and maintenance contracts.
  • Monitor contract expiries and proactively engage customers on renewals.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, invoices, and renewal documentation accurately and timely.
  • Follow up on pending renewals to achieve retention and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate renewal pipeline, forecasts, CRM records, and sales reports.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and serve as the main commercial contact.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and coordinate internally to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with the Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Identify and drive upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, service sales, renewals, or customer retention roles.
  • Experience in security systems, ELV, technical services, facilities management, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and renewal timelines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
