We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager & Sr Account Executive (Client Servicing) to join our team. Role description:
- Lead and influence your juniors in intel & research, creating a culture of being in the know.
- Expand on the client portfolios by introducing new initiatives or campaigns from The Clan.
- Create and initiate opportunities to collaborate with the clients on a strategic level.
- Ensure quality control of account(s) including meeting the brief requirements, timely deliverables, budgeting, creative briefs etc.
- Flourish the current client- agency relationship, ensuring renewal of retainers and ad -hoc campaign requests
- Source for new talents and vendors to work with, if necessary.
- Provide opportunities for creative awards through challenging briefs.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Project Management skills
- Experience in strategic planning and campaign management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience in the digital advertising industry is a plus
- Experience in social media management preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
