This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, analyzing their needs, drafting proposals, presenting solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized training solutions and ensuring seamless client onboarding and engagement.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in sales, negotiation, account management, and business development strategies.
• Familiarity with digital transformation, training solutions, or technology fields such as cloud computing, data, AI, and cybersecurity is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. Relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
