Role Description

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring operational stability across sites, and leading frontline teams to deliver consistent service quality. This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of our operations.

You'll work closely with the Assistant Operations Manager, HR, and internal teams and be trusted to manage both people and problems independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients
  • Oversee daily operations across assigned sites and cleaner teams
  • Ensure cleaner attendance, leave planning, and manpower coverage
  • Conduct regular site visits and handle escalations professionally
  • Act as the main communication bridge between clients and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, reporting, and service standards
  • Submit weekly operational and site visit reports
  • Support onboarding and stabilization of new project sites when required

What We're Looking For
  • 24 years experience in account management, operations, facilities, or service-based industries
  • Strong experience managing clients + frontline teams
  • Confident communicator with good problem-solving skills
  • Structured, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable with site visits and operational follow-ups
  • Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or manpower services is a strong advantage
