Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong commercial relationships with external stakeholders and implement a strategic account approach to develop partnerships.
  • Initiate discussions with customers/partners on project opportunities, liaise with internal/external teams on solutions, negotiate commercial terms with key stakeholders, and finalize business deals.
  • Conduct studies on market trends, customer requirements, and competition status, and present analysis and reports to management when required.
  • Provide product training, seminars, and presentations to customers and/or other stakeholders as needed.
  • Requirements:

    • Over 3 years of experience in a sales and/or business development role, with a proven track record of growing a portfolio of new clients and success in closing new business.
    • Previous experience in renewable energy or BESS industrial segments is preferred.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to learn and understand the technical and product aspects of BESS/solar solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to acquire new business and consult on solutions.
    • Skills in influencing key stakeholders and comfortable working in multicultural environments.
    • Proactive and results-driven.
