Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include overseeing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role requires strategic thinking, client-focused solutions, and excellent communication skills to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and build long-term partnerships
• Project management experience with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge in digital marketing, advertising strategies, and campaign performance analysis
• Proficiency in communication tools and digital platforms, with a focus on collaboration and efficiency
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to address client needs and provide innovative solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in account management within a digital marketing environment is preferred
