We, at Zoala, are looking for a driven Account Manager to join our team as we scale our impact in the mental wellness space through technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

This role sits at the intersection of sales and partnerships, making it ideal for someone ambitious, proactive, and eager to build a career in a high-growth industry while creating meaningful social impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying, reaching out to, and engaging prospective partners.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads, tracking progress from first contact to conversion.
  • Grow assigned accounts by identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and partners to move deals forward.
  • Track sales activity, partner engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Work with internal teams to support deal progression and partner success.
  • Support onboarding of new partners to ensure strong adoption and retention.
  • Stay informed on market trends and opportunities to strengthen outreach efforts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner requests are addressed promptly.
  • Participate in outreach initiatives, events, and meetings to build awareness of Zoala.
  • Stay curious about industry trends, digital tools, and new partnership opportunities.

Career Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Education, Psychology, or related field).
  • Fluency in English required; Cantonese, Mandarin and Malay is a plus.
  • Experience in sales, partnerships, or account management.
  • Familiarity with the education sector is an advantage.
  • Understanding of digital platforms, SaaS solutions, or technology-driven products.
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with schools or institutional clients is a plus.
  • Interest in mental wellness, technology, and impact-driven work.
