Key Responsibilities
Merchant Onboarding & Expansion
- Growth Support: Drive the administrative side of outlet expansion by managing document collection and vetting for new store acquisitions.
- Pipeline Management: Act as the gatekeeper for Salesforce submissions, ensuring all merchant data meets the latest policy requirements to prevent onboarding delays.
Catalog & Content Management
- Mass Content Management (MFC): Execute bulk catalog uploads and updates with 100% accuracy, specifically managing high-complexity accounts and seasonal promotional surges.
- New Product Introduction (NPD): Facilitate the end-to-end listing process for new products, ensuring all digital storefronts are updated on behalf of our priority merchants.
- Menu Architecture: Handle ad-hoc requests for menu restructuring, category adjustments, and storefront optimization to improve the user discovery experience.
Campaign & Ads Coordination
- Marketing Asset Orchestration: Act as the central point of contact for Campaign Ops to collect and organize creative assets (carousels, banners, keyword profiles, and hint text).
- Ad-Tech Liaison: Coordinate with the advertisement team to execute Ads campaigns. You will be responsible for gathering GTIN lists and technical requirements from AMs, then sorting and prioritizing them based on campaign urgency.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Ticketing Excellence: Own and resolve Help Centre tickets. This includes investigating reports or store-level disputes, requiring diligent follow-up with AMs and internal security/safety stakeholders.
- Financial & Operations Admin: Investigate and resolve price/payment discrepancies, process clawbacks, and address operational feedback to ensure merchant satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in merchant, marketplace, account, or operations support roles.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Hands-on catalog/product listing management.
- Experience managing onboarding documents and compliance checks.
- Strong stakeholder coordination with Sales, Account Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Experience handling tickets, investigations, and operational troubleshooting.
