- Process and verify invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Prepare payment runs and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.
Profile
A Successful Account Payable Analyst Should Have
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and financial software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills to work with vendors and internal teams.
