Introduction
The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Exposure to Account Payable (AP) is essential, it's an advancerage if you have knowledge on Account Receivable (AR), Cash Application (Applying Cash) and reporting /Credit and collections
  • Exposure to invoice processing, payment and travel and expense claims
  • Experienced in Procure to Pay procedures and delivery

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Entry level to 2 years of relevant work experience in a Finance & Admin BPO or any other industry in accounting field & handling Collections
  • Having experience in Account Payable (AP) is essential, Account Receivable (AR) or General Ledger (GL) are added advantages
  • Familliar with invoice processing, payment, employees travel and expense claims
  • Fluent English & Bahasa Indonesia Speaking, good in reading and writing. Local candidates who have proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia are welcomed to apply.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Exposure to Cash Application (Applying Cash) and reporting /Credit and collections
  • Exposure to AR Reconciliation and Age wise Analysis of overdues
  • Experienced in Procure to Pay procedures and delivery
