  • Receive and process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders, goods received notes, and services rendered.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies between invoices and supporting documents.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.
  • Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving outstanding issues.
  • Monitor overdue invoices and follow up to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment-related matters.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service standards and contractual obligations are met.
  • Support the smooth daily operation of the Accounts Payable function.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Up to 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting or finance is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
