- Receive and process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders, goods received notes, and services rendered.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies between invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.
- Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving outstanding issues.
- Monitor overdue invoices and follow up to ensure timely payment processing.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment-related matters.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service standards and contractual obligations are met.
- Support the smooth daily operation of the Accounts Payable function.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting or finance is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
