- Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payment to vendors.
- Reconcile accounts payable balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address payment-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Support the implementation of process improvements within the accounting and finance department.

Profile
A Successful Account Payable Specialist Should Have
- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial systems.
