- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment histories.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable performance for management review.
- Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to minimize outstanding debts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Profile
A Successful Account Receivable Accountant Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
