- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure prompt collections.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances with general ledger accounts.
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable for internal review.
- Assist with resolving discrepancies or disputes related to customer accounts.

Profile
A Successful Account Receivable Accountant Should Have
- A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in handling accounts receivable processes within an industrial or manufacturing setting is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
