This role focuses on driving sales opportunities in the area of new merchant recruitment and growing sales from existing merchants. You will be required to establish good relationships with merchants and providing merchant services to them. Additionally, you will be handling the merchant portfolio to drive higher usage on HLB terminals.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform merchant recruitment and servicing existing merchant portfolio.
Work closely with stakeholders across departments to drive business opportunities.
Drive sales and business opportunities to increase merchants acquiring sales
Perform evaluation, financial analysis, and recommendation on merchant business or projects
Handle merchant inquiries and resolve problems and request (e.g. payment, terminals, terminal integration & etc.).
Ensure KRAs are met which includes sales, revenue, terminal target, new merchant acquired, EPP and CASA growth.
