We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist - ePayment to join our team in Southeast Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing support for ePayment solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client accounts related to ePayment solutions.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes and provide ongoing support.

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and CRM software.
