Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Performing full set of accounts: FA, AP, AR, GL & Manufacturing costing.
  • Prepare report monthly accounts and yearly financial statements.
  • Record of AR collection and validate payment slip.
  • Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting record and system comply with company's policy and accounting standard procedure or related statutory and tax requirements.
  • Prepare forecast cash flow & budget company.
  • Manage and control all transaction cash flow company.
  • Liase with auditors & tax agents for audit and tax year end closing report.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc and task as assigned from time to time.
  • Familiar with Autocount System or SQL is an advantage

Job Requirements

  • Min. education requirement: Diploma in Accounting / Finance
  • At least 2 years experience in related field.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
