Job Description

  • 6 months contract (may/may not renewable/converted to permanent depending on the situation)
  • With a related degree (finance/accounting) and
  • At least 4 years+ related experience, (no freshies)
  • Preferably someone with some experience with UBS & excel
  • Handling full set of accounts and perform month end/ year end closing in timely manner.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This includes recording all financial transactions for daily operations to maintain sound internal accounting controls.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly balance sheet schedules as well as reconciliation of inter-company balances.
  • Manage accounts payables and receivables functions, including processing invoices, payments, customer invoicing.
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and perform variance/ trend analysis to provide insights for financial performance.
  • Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes and maintain data accuracy.
  • Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters, bankers, vendors & etc.
  • Assist in audit and direct and indirect tax preparation.
  • Monitor aging period for both customers/ vendors to improve overall cash efficiency.
  • Partnering with business team to support business operations.
  • Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned from managers.
