RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and process all payment transactions for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to support construction phases
- Ensure all treasury-related disbursements are completed within defined SLAs to maintain seamless project support.
- Coordinate closely with the Treasury team Head Office to monitor fund availability and ensure project-related disbursements are fully funded
- Project Cost Control: Track and consolidate all project-related expenditures to provide a comprehensive view of financial health, performing regular reconciliations against established cost sheets to proactively identify and report potential cost overruns or plan deviation
- Execute the full lifecycle of fixed assets by recording acquisitions, calculating depreciation, and maintaining Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting and a seamless capitalization process once projects are ready for use
- Prepare high-accuracy financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and ensure timely submission to the Group within announced deadlines
- Manage the preparation and submission of all statutory tax filings (VAT, WHT, and Corporate Tax) in full compliance with local regulations
- Conduct detailed Actual vs. Budget analysis and provide variance explanations to management while supporting the annual budgeting and project forecasting processes with data-driven insights.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in Accounting Operations such as payments, disbursements, financial statement preparation, project cost control, regulatory and tax
- Experience in Energy sector (Finance and Accounting systems such as Oracle/ or SAP is advantage)
- Good command of English with multinational environment background
