Job Description

In view of the rapid growth of our business, we are looking for an Accountant cum Finance Executive to join our team to support and ensure smooth operations of the Finance Department in Venovox Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. The full-time Accountant cum Finance Executive will carry out duties assigned to them in a professional manner, will seek to gain knowledge of the company's procedures and expand their work ethics.

Job Scope

Handle day-to-day operations of accounting (Filing, Invoicing, Bookkeeping, Recording, and Handling a full set of accounts)

Accounts Receivable (AR) collection (processing and recording payments to clients or vendors, invoicing customers or clients, tracking payments, and managing collections to ensure timely receipt of funds)

Responsible for maintaining a well-organized and accurate accounting function

Assist in preparing cash flow reports monthly, SST preparation, submissions, and payments

Assist in preparing a company account and submitting it for audit

Ability to initiate the e-Invoicing system

Tax compliance (filing taxes)

Job Requirement

Possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounts / Finance

At least 1 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance roles

Possess knowledge in utilizing AutoCount Accounting Software

Excellent analytics and numerical skills

Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Interest in managing accounting activities

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills

Able to handle time-sensitive tasks

Able to have the aptitude to work calmly and not crack under pressure
