Accountant

• Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports and deliver valuable management accounting insights to support business decisions.
• Develop and propose internal control procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce financial risk.
• Oversee and execute budgeting, cost analysis, financial forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Provide timely and accurate financial data to support strategic initiatives and drive performance.
• Work closely with the CFO to align financial strategies with company goals.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in financial reporting and management accounting.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with strong teamwork, self-discipline, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using ERP systems.
