Job Description
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports and deliver valuable management accounting insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and propose internal control procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce financial risk.
- Oversee and execute budgeting, cost analysis, financial forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Provide timely and accurate financial data to support strategic initiatives and drive performance.
- Work closely with the CFO to align financial strategies with company goals.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in financial reporting and management accounting.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with strong teamwork, self-discipline, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using ERP systems.
