As we expand across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and the region, we are strengthening our finance and operations team. We are looking for a dedicated Malaysian Accountant to support our growing business.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate financial records. Daily tasks include handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing tax returns, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The role also involves assisting in audits, creating financial reports, and collaborating with internal teams to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial recordkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management
• Experience with financial reporting, tax preparation, and compliance with accounting standards
• Strong skills in financial analysis and data interpretation
• Competence in using accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks or similar platforms
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA qualification or equivalent is a plus
• Prior experience in corporate accounting or financial management is preferred
