The P2P Master Data Specialist is responsible for supporting the P2P Manager and ensuring high-quality services for entities serviced by the P2P Hub. The role is focused on vendor master data management and supplier relationship activities.
What You'll Do
Main Responsibilities are
- Vendor Master Data Creation: Setting up and maintaining supplier records.
- Supplier Data Maintenance: Updating supplier information as needed.
- Vendor Statement Reconciliation: Ensuring all invoices are received and accounted for.
- Invoice Verification: Checking and validating incoming invoices.
- Supplier Communication: Responding to supplier inquiries and reminders.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
- Data Clean-Up: Running regular clean-up activities to keep data accurate.
What You'll Bring
- Education: At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a P2P or Master Data Management (MDM) environment.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in S/4 HANA or SAP R/3, and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Other Skills: Financial literacy, attention to detail, innovation, change management, and strong English communication skills.
