Job Description

The P2P Master Data Specialist is responsible for supporting the P2P Manager and ensuring high-quality services for entities serviced by the P2P Hub. The role is focused on vendor master data management and supplier relationship activities.

What You'll Do

Main Responsibilities are

  • Vendor Master Data Creation: Setting up and maintaining supplier records.
  • Supplier Data Maintenance: Updating supplier information as needed.
  • Vendor Statement Reconciliation: Ensuring all invoices are received and accounted for.
  • Invoice Verification: Checking and validating incoming invoices.
  • Supplier Communication: Responding to supplier inquiries and reminders.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Data Clean-Up: Running regular clean-up activities to keep data accurate.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a P2P or Master Data Management (MDM) environment.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in S/4 HANA or SAP R/3, and proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Other Skills: Financial literacy, attention to detail, innovation, change management, and strong English communication skills.
