Accountant

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ipoh for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, analyzing financial data, assisting with audits, and preparing financial reports. The role also includes monitoring budgets, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing insights for financial planning and forecasting. Collaboration with other departments and external auditors may also be required to ensure streamlined financial processes.

• Proficient in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
• Strong skills in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation
• Familiarity with Taxation, Compliance, and Auditing standards
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage
• Experience in the manufacturing or property development sectors is preferred
