Role Description

As our ecosystem grows, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support SME accounting and tax-related processes using system-generated financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile, and validate accounting transactions generated from cloud-based systems
• Support preparation and completion of accounting records for SME clients
• Assist with year-end accounting processes and tax-related submissions based on available system data
• Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards
• Identify discrepancies, follow up on missing information, and ensure proper documentation
• Work closely with internal teams to improve accounting workflows and system accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Practical understanding of full set accounts, including closing and adjustments
• Familiar with company tax, year-end processes, and basic compliance
• Experience handling multiple SME accounts or working in an accounting firm / outsourcing environment is highly preferred
• Comfortable working with digital documents and cloud-based accounting systems
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage deadlines independently
