Job Title: Senior Analyst Accounting

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Analyst Accounting to support financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US GAAP, hands-on experience in journal reviews, and the ability to connect financial insights with business operations. This role requires a self-driven individual who can work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare manual journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, deferrals, and amortization
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate/resolve variances with business partners
- Support month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze financial data and provide insights aligned with business operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand upstream processes and improve data accuracy
- Participate in team huddles and engage with internal stakeholders as required
- Prioritize daily tasks effectively with minimal supervision
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including automation and AI-driven solutions
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience in handling journals: accruals, prepaids, deferrals, and amortization
- Solid experience in balance sheet reconciliation and month-end close
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business partners
