We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join Annata's Finance team!
Job description
- Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into the company's software system.
- Debtor and creditor management including invoicing and monitoring payments to suppliers.
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of full set accounts for global entities.
- Assist with regulatory submission where needed for global entities.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data.
- Provide support to the finance team as needed in administrative duties.
- Maintain proper filing of documents and records.
Requirement
- Meticulous and a detailed oriented person.
- Able to process high volume of data within a short period of time.
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Fresh graduates can be considered.
- Basic understanding of accounting/finance.
- Able to juggle and multitask several tasks within a short amount of time.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicants must be Malaysian and fluent in English.
