Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To handle quotations & issue invoices
  • To handle accounts receivables and account payables
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • To prepare and report financial results
  • Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements
  • To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate from Diploma or Degree in Accounting are welcome
  • Those have at least 1 year of related experience will be an advantage
  • Ability to speak both in Mandarin & English
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Able to start work immediately preferred
