Accounting Associate, Accounts Payable & T&E (1-Year Contract)

We're partnering with a leading asset management firm to hire an Accounting Associate on a 1-year contract within their Finance team.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices via SAP VIM, plus vendor creation, maintenance and callbacks
• Support day-to-day Travel & Expense processes, including expense audits and reporting
• Manage corporate card administration end-to-end, including applications, reconciliation and bank liaison
• Resolve queries from staff, vendors and banks, and support process improvement and automation initiatives

What you'll bring

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance, with 3-6 years experience in accounting and accounts payable
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems (SAP preferred) and T&E/corporate cards (Concur a plus)
• Strong attention to detail, with a self-starter attitude and comfort with digital tools and automation
