Our work and the people we are surrounded by are an enduring source of strength and fulfillment in our lives. **Responsibilities:** + Manage accounting/budgeting function in the company including recurring statutory compliances. + Facilitate timely completion of statutory and tax audits of the company. + Coordinate the direct and indirect tax assessments with various statutory departments. + Ideate, conceptualize and implement projects for process improvements. + End to end handling of advanced projects like Advance Pricing Agreement, ESOP implementation, Digitization of accounting processes etc. + Partner with global stakeholders on enterprise driven projects/ initiatives with also implementation at a local India entity level **Basic Qualifications** + At least 6 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant. **Preferred Qualifications** + Certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) + 8+ years of experience as a Chartered Accountant + Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
