PhD / Master (accounting/any accounting areas)/or any Professional Accounting Qualifications (such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA Australia with recognised by MIA).
Preferably with one (1) year of experience in teaching Accounting and Finance related subjects.
Good presentation skills and command in written and spoken English.
Strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enables contributions to teaching programmes.
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with students and staff from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Technology savvy, familiar with MS Teams and online teaching.

Responsibilities:
To review, update, and develop lesson plans, scheme of work, lectures/practicals, tutorials, assignments, and class discussions in compliance with the syllabus.
Todeliver student-centered lessons in accordance with the approved syllabi and scheme of work for subjects assigned.
To conduct formative and summative assessments in a timely manner.
To monitor and report student progress in terms of academic performance and attendance.
To provide academic counselling and pastoral care to all students.
To supervise student activities.
To conduct and invigilate examinations.
To assist in the preparation of documentation for new programs or review of existing programs to regulatory bodies when required.
Assist in promotional and marketing events, and fairs and exhibitions of the college when required.
