You will be a valued member of our Finance team, responsible for the routine financial operations of the business. In this role, you will be assisting senior members of the Finance team in performing the day to day finance operations including the preparation and processing of invoices, refunds and performing reconciliations among others.
Our Finance team is responsible for overseeing all accounting & finance operations, ensuring the smooth running of all of Secretlab's initiatives; including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
Responsibilities
Finance manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, driving process efficiencies and key liaison between MY office and internal teams including finance HQ.
- Finance Operational Management - lead and manage daily operations, ensuring quality output. Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.
- Finance Reporting - prepare financial statements, monthly closing and reconciliation.
- Process Optimization - drive standardization and automation of finance processes.
- Governance and compliance - supervise application of company policy to ensure compliance to regulatory and company rules and regulations.
- Transition to Implementation - lead and support onboarding new tasks and responsibilities from HQ Finance to MY office.
- System and Processes - co-lead management of ERP System.
- Audit - support HQ in the external audit for the entities under MY office's care.
- Team Management - manage and mentor MY office's finance team members
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a ACCA/Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting with proven experience in Accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, RTR, PTP and OTC
- Basic understanding and experience with Google suite/ Microsoft Office (ideally with ERP systems experience) is preferable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
